To help the pregnant mamas get organised for their birthing experience, we have created our very own hospital bag checklist.

A thoughtful and well packed hospital bag can be a saving grace and bring much needed comfort in the midst of unexpected moments on 'the big day'. It is helpful to imagine different possibilities when packing your hospital bag since the birth process has taught millions of women the world over that birth more often than not, requires us to let go of our plans and expectations and simply follow nature's way.

This list is for a two night stay. You may need more or less depending on how long you are in hospital for.
