Return Policy

Australian Customers:


Returns are only possible for items purchased at full price, without any sale discounts. STRICTLY no returns on sale items.

Full-priced items purchased directly from DockATot are returnable (excluding shipping and $25 restocking fee) within a 14 day period from the date of receipt of goods, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached.

Please contact support@dockatot.com.au if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted DockATot prior to sending the item(s) back. You will be required to provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorised.

Exchanges/store credits/refunds are not eligible for sale items (this includes sales run using discount codes, and sales with marked discounts on our website). This does not include faulty items. Faulty items will be dealt with in line with consumer law; please contact us if you have a warranty concern.

Please note:

Opening a box to verify contents, size, or colour does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.

The condition and packaging of a returned product must be as it was when received, complete with all labels, original box(es), original packaging, and manuals/instructions. Please use care when opening your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you chose to return your product(s).

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility, are non-refundable and must include tracking. Once the return has been received, a refund or alternative product can be dispatched for the value of the original purchase less a $25 handling/restocking fee.

If you refuse the delivery of a package, or a package is sent back to us due to non-collection or incorrect address on the order, you will be charged for return shipping costs, in addition to the above restocking fee. 



Returns and refunds are processed twice a week.

Please note it can take up to 5-7 business days for refunds to show up on your account.

New Zealand Customers:

Due to the high customs and freight charges we absorb when sending orders to NZ, it is not possible to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind from NZ. This does not apply to faulty products.
