All efforts are made to dispatch orders within 48 hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday), however this may vary during busy periods.
By placing an order with dockatot.com.au you are agreeing to your parcel being left at a safe location at your postal address, should there be no one to receive your order. For best security, we recommend that our customers use a business address where possible.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping for orders over $99 inc GST across Australia.
Australian orders less than $99 inc GST, will be charged a flat rate shipping charge of $18.
New Zealand orders are calculated by total order weight. The shipping charge will be calculated at the end of the checkout process.

Due to the bulky nature of our DockATots, Australian Parcels are sent with Australia Post.
Australia Post is currently experiencing delays across their postal network due to COVID-19. Current shipping estimates have been updated below in line with information from Australia Post, however, please note that these are estimates only, and are subject to change depending on Australia Post.

New Zealand Delivery Times
New Zealand Parcels are sent bulk air freight - North Island transit 2-3 weeks and South Island 3-4 weeks.
Please note that Express Shipping is not available for New Zealand orders.

Please note that we are unable to offer split orders or send items on the same order out separately.
