Australian Consumer Law

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits to you given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under a law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Enfant Terrible Design AB, manufacturer of DockATot, warrants the DockATot product to be free from defects in material and workmanship existing at the time of manufacture for a period of one (1) year from the date of initial purchase. If such a defect is discovered during the limited warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace your DockATot at no cost to you. Enfant Terrible Design AB will make every effort to provide a replacement product of the same colour as the original product, but at times may be unable to do so.

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does NOT cover any damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or damages caused by use inconsistent with the instructions and warnings. This warranty does not cover any DockATot products that have been involved in an accident or fire, or that have been altered, repaired or otherwise modified by the consumer. This warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or shrinkage of the DockATot components, including the cover, and does not cover products that have not been cared for in accordance with the instructions. This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
