The DockATot Grand dock is our stage 2 lounging dock, 50% longer and wider, for tots age 9 months to 36+ months. The Grand size is an essential go-to spot for tots lounging around the house or when traveling.
The Grand is perfect for cuddling, playing, lounging, resting and everything in between. It’s ideal for travel, either from room to room, grandma’s house or on vacation. It’s also ideal for bed transitioning, thanks to built-in, air permeable sides that act as bed rails, allowing young children to settle more easily in a bigger bed when they are ready. The DockATot Grand Dock will give your little ones a snug sense of security in their newer, bigger beds, providing a comforting and safe environment.

DockATot is to only be used in a supervised setting, and fully assembled. It is not to be used in baby cots, bassinets, baby beds, travel cots, baby bouncers, co-sleepers or other types of baby furniture or contained area. The Grand Dock can be used to transition to toddler beds/big-kid beds, but only at an appropriate age when your child is able to safely climb in and out of the Dock and Bed independently and is otherwise ready for such a sleep setting.

Q. Can I purchase the Grand from the start?
A. We really don’t recommend this. The smaller deluxe size is designed for younger babies (0-8months), so if your bub is within this age range, we’d always recommend the Deluxe size as being best for bub. This is not just because of the larger size of the Grand, although that factor does play a part, as younger babies will feel less secure without the snugness of the Deluxe size, but also that the Grand Dock has softer sides, which is less supportive for younger bubs.
We understand that you want to get the most out of your Dock for as long as you can, and the good news is that a lot of parents continue using the Deluxe size after the 9 month mark – check out these bubs of different ages in their Docks for a visual representation of sizing (and a dose of cute).

Q. Why does the Grand no longer have a buckle?
A. The Grand Dock is designed to be used with the bottom end open, as it is intended for older bubs. The buckle that used to appear on the Grand Docks was intended for storage purposes only, and after receiving feedback from many that the buckle was not utilised, it was removed from the design. Regardless of whether you have a Grand Dock or Cover containing a buckle or not, when using your Grand Dock please ensure that the side tubes are open.
Q. Can I use my Grand Dock to transition to a toddler bed/big-kid bed?
A. Yes! This is one of the most popular ways to use your DockATot Grand! Unlike our DockATot Deluxe+ baby lounger, our Stage 2 Grand can be used for overnight sleeping and is a wonderful tool to use when transitioning from a cot into a big kid bed when tot is ready. The Grand DockATot eases the transition by creating a snug sense of security, while the built-in, air-permeable sides also help prevent your toddler from rolling out of their new big bed.
If you are struggling to transition your little one into their own room, perhaps first try using the Grand DockATot on the floor in your room and after a few nights, try moving your child into their bedroom using the comfort and familiarity of the Grand in their new big-kid bed.

Care instructions and safety information are located on the bottom of each dock. Please refer to these when caring for your DockATot.
It is important to ventilate your Dock regularly, and ensure all parts are fully dry after washing before reassembling and using.
Disassemble Dock to constituent parts (outer cover, pad, inner sleeve, and inner tube) and wash according to specific part directions.
Wash with similar colours. Wash in garment bag for protection. Unless otherwise directed on care label, do not tumble dry, do not iron, do not bleach, do not dry clean.

Returns
We offer change of mind returns for eligible products within 14 days of receipt of goods, for Australian orders. Please note that a $25 restocking fee will be deducted for all customer returns.
Exchanges/store credits/refunds are not eligible for sale items (this includes sales run using discount codes, and sales with marked discounts on our website).
Due to the high customs and freight charges we absorb when sending orders to NZ, it is not possible to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind from NZ. This does not apply to faulty products.
