When it came time to think about what baby products we needed to have at home for Charlotte, I did a lot of research and one of the must have items that a lot of Mum’s recommended is the DockATot. I read a lot about the benefits and uses before having Charlotte, and decided that it would be the perfect piece to have at home while we’re lounging, relaxing, and playing! DockATot is a multi-functional lounger, co-sleeper and playtime lounger that is handmade in Europe. It is all natural, and it is made of 100% cotton which is perfect for a new baby. Not only that but it’s an ideal micro-climate for babies and tots that also comes in two different sizes. You can choose from the Deluxe which is for 0-8 Months and the Grand which is for 9-36 months. We have the Deluxe shown below in the Dream Weaver pattern which you can shop here. I really love the neutral design and colour of our dock, but they also have a lot of other fun prints to choose from.
I last did a post about the DockATot back in August when we first started purchasing items for Charlotte, but now that she has arrived and we’ve been using the DockATot I thought it would be fun to share more about our experience with it. The two different ways that use the DockATot in particular are for both lounging and for playtime. When it comes to lounging, we use the DockATot when Charlotte and I are in our bedroom upstairs. It’s great to have her on the bed with me while relaxing and hanging out, but she’s secure and I’m always supervising her. When it comes to playtime, we use the DockATot downstairs in the living room on the floor, and she lays in the lounger looking at the toy arch and the toy set which she absolutely loves. I really like the toy arch and toy set attachments that you can purchase separately, and they are really easy to attach which is definitely an added bonus. You shop the toy arch here and the toy set here, and there are many options to choose from too. We absolutely love the DockATot and definitely recommend it if you’re a new Mum or an expecting Mum!
